Join us on the Ride The Rock!  

Annual start time will be on the last Saturday in June from 7-9 a.m. at at the trailhead Pleasant Hill.  

​We recommend that you park your cars at the
Cass County Fairgrounds​ which is located next to the trailhead in Pleasant Hill.  

There will be free SAG stops every 10 miles with water, food, and additional portable toilets. The ride is 47 miles in distance. Those participating without official event wristbands will be charged $2 (cash only) at each SAG stop. 

​There will be a truck provided for baggage (two bags per rider with a 50 pounds maximum) to Windsor and back to Pleasant Hill. Wristbands will be necessary to claim baggage at both Windsor and Pleasant Hill stops.

A bus will be provided to those wanting to ride their bikes down to Windsor and then take the bus back to Pleasant Hill on Sunday. We will also have a trailer for riders bikes. There will be a $10 charge payable Saturday and Sunday, first come first served. Riders will get a separate wrist band & must have it Sunday AM for the bus service. Bus leaves at 8 am or when the last rider is ready.

Free camping and entertainment. Food and beer will be available for purchase from vendors and local restaurants.

Where to park w/ car during the ride?
On the Cass County Fairgrounds which is located next to the trail-head in Pleasant Hill.

Is there a shuttle service back to Pleasant Hill on Saturday night?
There will NOT be a SAG service back to Pleasant Hill on Saturday.

Shuttle times and cost for Sunday morning:
9:00 a.m. - $10 per person (including bike) - 30 spots available. This will be on a first come - first served basis! Spots can be reserved and pre-payed at time of registration.

What items do I need for the ride & during the night? 
Items needed for the ride: We recommend bringing cash (since most small towns and vendors on the trail don't take credit!), water, sunscreen, snacks, and whatever else might come in handy for a day of riding and relaxing. For night time, bring a tent, sleeping bag, and change of clothes (showers will be available at Katy Rock Junction). 

Is it happening rain or shine?
Rain or shine, the show will go on! Please pack your clothes and sleeping bags in a plastic bag (inside your backpack) to prevent them from getting wet in a storm.

Are camp fires allowed at Katy Rock Junction?
No campfires will be allowed at the campground. 

Where will we be camping in Windsor?
Camping will be at Katy Rock Junction.

Is RV/Camping in Windsor?  
Farrington Park has a limited number of RV campsites. Contact the park at 660-647-3130.

Are there any hotels/motels in Windsor?
Windsor has many locally owned nightly rentals and a motel, including: Windsor Crossroads Motel, Kim's Cabins, Fitzgerel's Nightly Rentals,  The Broken Spoke, and Cruce's Cabooses. Contact us for additional housing options.

Sag & Bus Support
Registered riders can catch a sag ride to Windsor along the route on Saturday or back to Pleasant Hill on Sunday. Look for the sag wagon parked near the action at the pick up zones.
